This allows for zero-runtime CSS-in-TS extraction and provides compile-time optimizations through static code analysis. The extractor aims to enhance the developer experience by mimicking Chakra-UI's  without adding runtime costs. It also offers smaller CSS/JS output similar to Tailwind CSS, with over 180k combinations but only extracting what is used in the app.</p>
